The Egyptian galleries on the upper floor are incredible. If suitably musty smelling from the seas of the great unwashed (children, tourists, students etc...). There are a heap of mummies, some unwrapped and others revealed by CAT scans, as well as a number of coffins opened and closed. It was fascinating to see that the hieroglyphs are inside the coffins as well as external.
